High Pressure Mechanical provides professional heating, cooling, and plumbing services in the Greater Vancouver area.

3. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided—whether online, over the phone, or in person—are based on the information you provide at the time of the request.
Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, materials required, and site conditions.
We strive to be transparent and will always communicate any changes before work begins.

 
4. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will do our best to arrive on time; however, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or emergencies may cause delays.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

 
5. Payments
All payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept various payment methods including credit card, debit, and e-transfer.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

No Refunds:
Due to the nature of our work and scheduling, all deposits and payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
If a customer initiates a chargeback after services have begun, it will be treated as a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount and any related costs.

 
6. Warranty
We stand by our work and materials.
All new installations come with the manufacturer’s warranty and may include additional workmanship warranty as specified in your service agreement.
Warranty coverage is void if:

The equipment or system has been tampered with by another company or individual.
Recommended maintenance was not performed.
The issue results from misuse, abuse, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence in every project, High Pressure Mechanical shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Website or services.
Any damage arising from work performed under conditions not disclosed prior to service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

15. $0 Diagnostic Fee Offer – Terms & Conditions
The $0 Diagnostic Fee applies only when you proceed with a completed repair during the same service visit. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, a $98 service call / diagnostic fee will apply to cover the technician’s time, travel, and system evaluation. Offer valid for residential customers within the Greater Vancouver area. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. High Pressure Mechanical reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time.
